About the Retreat

On Saturday, April 18, 2026, Lillian Zeuthen Bruun invites you to a full day dedicated to silence and self-care in Humlebæk. Through gentle yoga, breathwork, and the tranquility of nature, you will be gently guided towards a deeper connection with yourself.

The day is designed with a focus on rest, grounding, and presence. You don't need to be an experienced yogi to participate. All that is required is the desire to hit the pause button for a while.

Payment

You pay 10% of the price now upon registration and will then receive information by email for payment of the remaining amount. Your total price: DKK 1250.

08.00: Arrival, welcome, and gentle morning yoga
10.00: Vegetarian brunch
11.30: Silent walk in the forest
14.00: Break with a healthy snack
14.30-16.00: Yin and restorative yoga
16.00: Farewell and see you again

Lillian guides you with a gentle and safe approach to yoga and stillness. Her teaching is calm and sensory, focusing on presence and depth - always with space to be as you are.

Can I attend alone?

Yes. Many participants attend alone, and the retreat is designed to allow you to both experience silence for yourself and feel connected to others.

• The registration fee is paid immediately. Registration is binding and non-refundable.
  
• Once this is paid, your booking is forwarded to the instructor for this retreat, who will arrange the practicalities for the remaining payment and send you all the information.
