• Wellness Retreats acts solely as an intermediary between the consumer (you) and the individual retreat providers, such as yoga instructors and other relevant service providers.
• All agreements regarding participation, payments, cancellations, and any other terms are entered into directly between you and the chosen provider. Wellness Retreats is not a party to these agreements.

Responsibility for Services

• We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or completeness of information about retreats or providers displayed on our website.
• If, contrary to expectations, the chosen retreat is already fully booked at the time you pay your deposit, the full amount will, of course, be refunded to you as soon as possible.

Health and Well-being

• Participation in a wellness retreat is at your own risk. We recommend that you consult a healthcare professional if you have health problems before participating in physical activities such as yoga, meditation, or similar.

Limitation of Liability

Wellness Retreats cannot under any circumstances be held liable for direct or indirect losses, damages, or expenses that may arise in connection with your choice of or participation in a retreat.
