A Yoga Journey - Connection, Calm, and Presence
A summer weekend of yoga, contemplation, and connecting to the essence of the eight limbs of yoga. Let go of the pace of everyday life and feel the stillness in nature on beautiful Møn.

Format: Weekend retreat with Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, meditation, pranayama, kirtan, and silent walk

What to expect
A peaceful and authentic weekend focused on balancing body, mind, and soul.
You will be guided through the philosophy and practice of yoga, where you will learn to integrate the eight limbs of yoga into your daily life.
Look forward to:
- 4 guided yoga sessions (3 x Hatha and 1 x Yin)
- Meditation and pranayama – breath as a tool for calm
- The eight limbs of yoga in theory and practice
- Silent walking in nature and mindful presence
- Kirtan – communal singing and mantras that open the heart
- Time for reflection, nature, the sea, and the tranquility around you
Accommodation and price
Prices incl. VAT:
- Shared double room: DKK 4,875
- Single room: DKK 5,500
Note: If you are under 30, the price is without 25% VAT according to Danish law, so the price is 25% cheaper for young people. Still pay the registration fee here and send your age by email.
A deposit of 10% of the stay is paid immediately. Registration is binding and the deposit is non-refundable. Then: DKK 2,000 is paid as the 1st installment. The remaining amount is due no later than May 5, 2026.
Two weeks before the retreat, you will receive a welcome email with practical information and access to a WhatsApp group, where carpooling can be arranged.

Facilitator: Emely Freja
Emely is an RYT 500-certified yoga teacher with a background in both Denmark and India.
Emely teaches Hatha and Yin Yoga with an emphasis on breath, energy, and philosophy. She has been teaching since 2015 and is known for her warm, calm approach, where yoga is adapted to the individual body.
Emely sees yoga as a lifelong journey towards insight and balance - and shares this experience with calmness, presence, and authentic attentiveness.
Who can participate
The retreat is for everyone - both beginners and experienced practitioners.
Teaching is in English, but easily understandable for Danish participants.
Practical
Bring
Comfortable clothing for yoga, walking clothes, swimwear (optional), personal toiletries, notebook, yoga clothes, and possibly bed linen and towel (can be rented for DKK 200).
Transportation
Not included. Carpooling can be arranged via the retreat's WhatsApp group.
