Location: Harresø Have Kursuscenter, Hærvejen 143, Jelling
Format: Weekend retreat with Hatha Moon, Hatha Sun, Yin Journey, Yoga Nidra and meditation

What can you expect from this magical weekend?

A profound experience of yourself and your own energy is what first emerges.
You will become more aware of your energy and experience how easy it can be to shift from one state to another.

You will gain insight into and concrete tools for working with your breath.
We work with the physical, mental, and energetic body.

When yoga is used as it is designed, deep transformations can occur.

    Yoga is not flexibility.
That is merely one of its many positive side effects.
    Yoga is meeting yourself.

    The Teachings

    Evening Practice - Hatha Moon
The evening practice provides calm and grounding. Here we experience stillness in body and mind.
The postures create both calm and challenge, and encountering the limits of the comfort zone can create changes in both the brain and nervous system.
The practice can open up what is stored in the body, both consciously and unconsciously.

With the calm that evening practice brings, there is an opportunity to observe without reacting and to sense where inner tensions originate.

    Morning Practice - Hatha Sun
Morning practice awakens consciousness and the senses.
Through postures and breathing, we work with the body's energy and build strength, clarity, and focus.
Hatha Sun provides power, presence, and a sharpness that supports intuition and the coming day.

    Yin Journey
In the middle of the weekend, you will be guided through a 3-hour Yin Journey, where the body opens up and tensions in the connective tissue release.

    Testimonials from previous participants:

“Julius is an authentic, thorough, patient, warm, and smiling yoga master. It has been both a pleasure, an eye-opener, an energy boost, and balm for the soul to journey into the world of yoga with Julius as a guide.”
    ~ Mette Tolling

“I wholeheartedly recommend Yoga by Jullius. I have just returned from Jullius' weekend retreat "Come Home to Yourself". I have rarely been so thrilled, because I actually came home to myself in the best way. Full of energy, creativity, and zest for life. As a complete beginner to yoga, I was initially a bit unsure if I could keep up with the others and if I could understand what was being talked about, but we were so well received. Jullius quickly created a safe space with room for questions, and despite my lack of experience, I was guided deep into my body through yoga postures and breathing. I have now learned that it apparently rubs off on one's mood, because I have been smiling ever since. Thank you for your great commitment, Jullius.”
    ~ Pia Godske

“We started the new year with a magical weekend filled with yoga, in beautiful surroundings where tranquility, nature, and presence set the stage for a very special experience. A weekend filled with warmth, community, and deep immersion. The food was an experience in itself – nourishing and made with love – and it created the perfect balance between indulgence and well-being.
We are home with a feeling of lightness in the body, clarity in the mind, and a deep, bubbling energy that is still felt. A weekend that reminded us how much can happen when you give yourself time and space to land, feel, and become the wildest version of yourself. We would gladly do it again.”
~ Janne and Kenneth Von Wildenrath Beltner
